Building an audience on Twitter requires dedication and planning. There are plenty of subscription services that can help but those are expensive over time. I've built this template on Notion to provide many of the planning tools needed to build an audience, and a personal brand on Twitter at a low, one-time cost.

This template will help you define WHY you will spend time working in Twitter to build your, brand, or business. The steps you need to take to be successful. And, of course, the tweets and threads that will get you traction and growth.

This template includes:

• Purpose: prompts to help you define why you are committing to the time and effort to build an audience
• Goals: Define short term and long term goals. Get your first 50 follower, then 100, then 500. Whatever your goals may be, document them and then tie each tweet to a goal to help stay on message.
• Content Dump: There are lots of things that make for interesting tweets. Maybe an idea is not yet complete. Maybe you have links that you want to use to create a thread. This is a single place to note anything you think is interesting or useful.
• Topics: What are the topics you find interesting that you want to tweet about.
• Dashboard: A single place to quickly jot a quick tweet idea, tweets that are ready to be sent, tweets you might want to re-use because they received a lot of engagement, and tweets in draft state that need a few more edits. Quick views of everything important.
• Tweets: Of course, a place to store your tweets. Document which goal/s they tie back to, if they received significant engagement, are they date specific such as holiday related and the date to send them, and whether they are in draft, ready to use, used, or reused.
• Views of your Tweets: Views are multiple ways to see all of your tweets. These include
